Not all Phoenix birthing centers are members of the AABC in the case that their standards may meet your needs you’ll want to consider the best center for you.

Phoenix birthing centers may also be accredited by the Commission for the Accreditation of Birth Centers (CABC). The CABC ensures the quality of care for you and your baby. They “require best practices in maternity care.”

Consider scheduling a tour(several offer virtual on their websites) and meeting with potential midwives and physicians to ensure the birth center meets your needs. Just as picking any medical professional, you’ll feel more assured and at ease during childbirth with a team who you feel most comfortable with.

Co-Owned by an OB/GYN and Midwife, Blossom Birth Center takes a holistic approach to natural birth and is located in Phoenix right next to the Phoenix Children’s Hospital.
