Have you considered a Phoenix Midwife to help you deliver your baby? If you’ve recently found out that you’re pregnant, you have probably started to wonder whether a Phoenix Midwife or OB/GYN is the best choice for you. As a Phoenix Motherhood Photographer, and mother, I know just how important it is to think about and connect with who you would like to be by your side during your labor and delivery. I personally had a team of midwives and doulas and completely loved my experience. I recommend every birthing journey include a birth team that will support you and your birthing preferences.
A midwife is an excellent alternative to an OB/GYN for labor and delivery. According to the American Pregnancy Association, a midwife is a “health care professional who provides an array of health care services for women including gynecological examinations and labor & delivery care.”
